Welcome to the JD Journal for Deradicalization and the Issue No. 50 - Fall 2026!

All articles of the JD - which is the world’s only independent and completely peer reviewed journal for deradicalization - are published with 100% open access and can be viewed and downloaded free of charge. We encourage all interested readers, authors and reviewers to register (here or above) in order to receive notifications for example about new issues or call for papers.

Based on the core principles of transparency and independence the JD Journal invites all interested academics, practitioners and policy makers to present their perspectives on the theory and practice of deradicalization work, as well as radicalization processes and new developments in radical and violent milieus or groups; to submit to the journal accounts of evidence-based, empirical scientific research and analyses, conference reports, practical and methodological experiences from field work or policy recommendations; and to use the journal as a forum for debate and commentary.
